James Powers makes very interesting music; a cross between psychedelic and hip-hop. After spending some time in the studio with James, we planned out a shoot out near his house at a big water tower that's no longer in use. He had some ideas to do some experimenting with shadows and personify a 'missing identity' or an 'otherworldly being'. Through some interesting framing and unconventional editing, we created a funky vibe through the photos.
